Maja has a Master’s degree in Engineering of Architecture and brings 15 years of experience in hospitality industry in the Middle East from inception of project design, procurement through to the final execution, handing over and hotel opening.

Her passionate obsession about the hotel industry has been the main driver and inspiration to explore vast opportunities in this field.

She has worked with the most prestigious Operators and Project teams in the hotels’ development process. Using the knowledge gathered from these years of delivering mid-market hotels is an integral part of how Action Hotels manages the design and technical department.

In 2019, Maja extended her role in facility management for the Action hotels portfolio and as part of the Executive Committee continues to deliver energy efficient products in combination with previous architectural experience striving for success.
