Action Hotels is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team in Oman. In this vital role, you will manage all reservation requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth and professional booking experience that reflects our commitment to outstanding guest service.

Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls and emails for room bookings, updating reservation records, confirming special requests, and coordinating closely with front office and revenue management teams. You’ll ensure that availability and pricing are accurately reflected across all systems, and that every guest receives prompt, helpful, and courteous service throughout the pre-arrival stage.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Prior experience in reservations or front office roles is preferred, along with proficiency in property management systems and booking platforms. A strong command of English is essential, and additional language skills are a plus.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests while staying calm and solution-oriented.
