We are looking for a courteous and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to be the welcoming face of Action Hotels in the UAE. In this guest-facing role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest needs with professionalism and warmth.

As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a crucial part in shaping their experience. From providing local insights to resolving requests promptly, you will create a positive impression that reflects our hospitality values. Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling front desk operations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and maintaining accurate guest records in the property management system.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in front office or customer service roles within the hospitality industry. Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. Proficiency in hotel software systems and fluency in English (with additional languages as a plus) will be advantageous.
