We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across multiple Action Hotels properties in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality professional with a passion for driving revenue, nurturing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in a competitive market.
As Cluster Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with each property’s positioning and business objectives. You’ll lead corporate account acquisition, manage key relationships, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service standards that reflect the Action Hotels brand.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in hotel sales, preferably within a multi-property structure, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership qualities. You’ll collaborate with general managers, marketing teams, and revenue management to craft compelling offers and maximize business performance across the cluster.
